All sales are final sales. We do not accept any returns for any of our products. 

If any items are defected and/ or broken we will ship out the same item(s), free of cost. 

No cancellations for any of our products. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Our company does not issue refunds. 

If there are issues which arises with any of our products or payment methods an refund will be issues if applicable reason is valid. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

If applicable, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All gifts will receive a customize card, if marked at check out. If you did not mark it off at checkout contact us with your order number and message to place with the order. 

Shipping and Processing time:

Allow 7-10 business days to processing your order. In addition allow 3-5 days to ship your items.
